From sundown tonight until sundown tomorrow I shall live low tech. No computers or any electronics except the telephone and that only to call friends. No TV or radio.
My focus will be on home and family and god and dreams. I will write and draw. I will read, but only fiction or spiritual material.
I may pray and meditate and sing and have a vision quest.
I will be thankful for health, my partner, my doggie, my home, my career, my friends, and for beauty, humor and music.
I will truly rest and relax on this Shabbat.
