shabbat shalom

From sundown tonight until sundown tomorrow I shall live low tech. No computers or any electronics except the telephone and that only to call friends. No TV or radio.

My focus will be on home and family and god and dreams. I will write and draw. I will read, but only fiction or spiritual material.

I may pray and meditate and sing and have a vision quest.

I will be thankful for health, my partner, my doggie, my home, my career, my friends, and for beauty, humor and music.

I will truly rest and relax on this Shabbat.

work proposal

I'm writing a proposal at work that if accepted will give me more responsibility and a lot more work. I am already overloaded. What am I crazy?

Its been a weird morning

Although I am a Getting Things Done (GTD) person, so far today has been an exception. I haven't moved any of my projects forward this morning. I've had a full morning of construtive non-movement. I guess now that lunch Is over it realy is time to get rolling.

I went to the Patriots game yesterday

I must say that was one of the more depressing games I have seen in quite some time. We were creamed.
